with your request and we’ll begin the order process. Then, we’ll send
you a detailed acknowledgment of your order, followed by a fax or
e-mail proof. Your order will ship after your proof is approved.
Q: How do I send my artwork/logo?
Send an e-mail with your artwork attached to customerservice@wishpromo.com.
Q: What artwork formats do you accept?
We
prefer vector art—including .eps, .ai, .pdf or .cdr files—however, we
will accept whatever type of artwork you have and then adjust it to
make it fit your items.
Q: Can I place a rush on my order?
Many
of our products will be in your hands within a few days. However, if
you need something fast, call us right away at 1-866-223-0229.
Q: How does my order ship?
We
ship our products in the most economical way possible that still meets
your deadline. If we need to use a rush delivery service, we’ll always
make sure you approve the cost before shipping.
Q: When do I get billed?
We
will bill your MasterCard or Visa card after your order has shipped, or
we will send an invoice if credit already has been established. Our
terms are Net 30.
